Get Your Pink Back
confidence in motherhood
You second-guess every decision.
You scroll past photos of your old self and wonder where she went.
You love your kids—but somewhere along the way, you forgot how to love you.
Confidence in motherhood doesn’t mean having it all together.
It means trusting yourself, backing your choices, and showing up as the version of you that feels most like you.
This workshop is your invitation to reconnect—with your voice, your spark, and your sense of self.
Are you ready to…
🔹 Rebuild confidence that feels real, not forced?
🔹 Let go of the pressure to be perfect and start feeling proud of the mum you are?
🔹 Learn tools grounded in psychology (and lived experience) that fit your real life?
Because you’re allowed to take up space, mama—and it’s time to get your pink back. 💕
There’s something powerful about showing up in real time. Our Live Workshops are your chance to connect with other mums, feel supported in the moment, and ask questions as they come up. It’s about learning, yes—but it’s also about feeling seen, heard, and held.
Show up for you. We’ll take care of the rest.

Because we saw a gap.
Counselling is amazing, but not always accessible—especially when you don’t have someone to watch your baby. And while mother’s groups are great for learning about your baby, what about learning about you?
This space is for the mum behind the nappy bag. The woman rediscovering herself. It’s self-development that gets the motherhood juggle. A warm, welcoming space to grow with your baby right by your side.

All workshops are facilitated by Teagan Franz, a Motherhood Mentor, Bachelor of Psychology, and mum of two. Teagan strategies and tools with lived experience to create a space that’s educational, empowering, and real. She's here to support you—not to fix you—because you’re not broken.

Nope—this is not counselling or therapy.
Think of it as the space that often gets missed: the gap between mothers’ groups and formal therapy. It’s for personal growth, mindset shifts, and community connection. You’ll learn tools and strategies to support your mental wellness, but it’s not a replacement for professional mental health care.If you’re unsure what kind of support you need, feel free to reach out—we’ll always point you in the right direction.
