Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely — the Pilates session is beginner-friendly, low-pressure and all about feeling good in your body.
Can I come solo?
Yes! So many mums are coming on their own. You’ll be welcomed with open arms — this is your space to feel connected and supported 🫶🏼
Can I bring my baby?
We recommend having a partner, family member or support person watch your little one so you can really immerse yourself in the full experience. However, we totally get that it’s not always possible — and we’d absolutely prefer you there with bub than missing out altogether 💕
